Notification under the Environment (Protection) Act,1986

As per the requirement of the Ministry of Environment and Forest,"Any agency or individual engaged in contsruction of Buildings within radius of 300km (Ammendment: 29 of 1986 1.a ,1.d) from a coal or lignite based thermal power plant shall use only flyash based products for constructions such as cement concrete flyash brick or tiles or clay fly ash bricks or block or tiles or any other material used in construction of buildings."
